In a food processor, blend together cream cheese, buffalo beans, half of the pimientos, and half of the cheese until completely smooth.
Transfer mixture to a bowl then stir in remaining pimientos and cheese using a rubber spatula.
Season with black pepper, granulated onion, and granulated garlic.
Serve chilled spread on bread, or with crackers and veggies for dipping.
Try it warm cooked into a grilled cheese sandwich on buttered bread.
