Chipotle Bean Smokey Guacamole
1 Can Serious Bean Chipotle Pinto Beans
1/4 Cup red onion, diced 1/4"
2 Tbsp lime juice
3 each large avocados
1/4 Cup chopped cilantro
Drain the beans and set aside.
Combine the liquid from the beans with the onion and lime juice in a bowl.
Remove the pit and skins from the avocados then add to the bowl.
Smash the avocados using a potato masher.
Stir the beans and cilantro into the avocado mixture.
Serve chilled with tortilla chips or fresh veggies for dipping.
