Dr Pepper Bean BBQ Chicken Flatbread
2 Par-baked Flatbread or Pizza Crusts
1 Can Serious Bean Co. Dr Pepper Baked Beans
1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 Cup Cooked Chicken, Diced
1/2 Cup Red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 Cup Pickled Jalapeño Pepper Slices (optional)
Heat oven to 425°F.
Spread the beans evenly over the par-baked flatbread/naan bread/pizza crusts.
Sprinkle the cheese evenly over the two crusts.
Top the cheese with the chicken and red onion.
Finish with the pickled jalapenos on top (optional).
Transfer the prepared pizza to a baking sheet, then into the preheated oven. Cooking directly on a pizza stone or wire oven rack will produce a crispier crust, but is optional.
