Dr Pepper Bean & Beef Stew

                  Ingredients
- 1 lb. Beef stew meat 
- 1 Tbsp. Flour 
- 1 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil 
- 1 Cup Onion, thinly sliced 
- 1 tsp. Minced garlic 
- 2 Cups Beef stock 
- 1 tsp. Salt 
- 1/2 tsp. Ground black pepper 
- 1 tsp. Dried thyme 
- 1 Cup Mushrooms, sliced 
- 2 Cups Red potatoes, diced 1/2" 
- 2 Cups Baby carrots 
- 
                
1 Can Serious Bean Co. Dr Pepper Baked Beans 
Directions
- Pat meat dry with a paper towel, then toss in flour until evenly coated. 
- In a dutch oven or heavy pan over medium heat, brown the meat on all sides. 
- Once the meat is brown, add the onions and continue cooking until onions begin to brown. 
- Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute until garlic begins to brown. 
- Deglaze the pan with the beef stock, scraping the bottom of the pan to remove any browned bits. 
- Add the remaining ingredients except Dr Pepper Beans, cover, and simmer on low for 30 minutes. 
- After 30 minutes add the Dr Pepper beans and simmer another 10 minutes.
