Dr Pepper Bean Brownie (Flourless, Vegan)

Yes, you can eat beans for dessert, too! And our Dr Pepper beans are perfect when blended into these tasty, vegan, flourless homemade brownies!


• 1 1/2 Cups quick oats

• 1/4 Cup unsweetened cocoa powder

• 1/2 Cup sugar

• 1/2 tsp salt

• 1 Tbsp baking powder

• 1 can Serious Bean Co. Dr Pepper Baked Beans

• 1/4 Cup vegetable oil

• 2 Tbsp vanilla extract

• 1 Cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

• 1 Tbsp powdered sugar


Preheat oven to 350°F.

Add dry ingredients (oats, cocoa powder, sugar, salt & baking powder) to a food processor, and blend for 1 minute or until oats are completely ground into a powder.

Add Dr Pepper beans, vegetable oil, & vanilla extract to the food processor and puree until completely smooth.

Stir in chocolate chips by hand, and transfer to a 9x13 baking dish coated with non-stick spray.

Bake for 16 minutes.

Cool in the pan at room temperature for at least 10 minutes before slicing.

Dust with powdered sugar.

Yield: 18-24 brownies, depending on size.
