FOODSERVICE Buffalo Baked Bean & Chicken Dip


•  pounds butter

• 1 quart white onion, diced 1/4"

• 1 quart celery, diced 1/4"

• 3 Tbsp salt

• 1 Tbsp ground black pepper

• 1/2 Cup hot sauce

• 3-3/4 lb cream cheese, diced 1"

• 1 #10 can Serious Bean Co. Buckin' Buffalo Baked Beans

• 7-1/2 pounds cooked chicken breast, shredded


Sauté vegetables in butter over medium heat until softened.

Add seasoning, hot sauce and cream cheese.

Reduce heat to low and stir until cream cheese is melted.

Add beans and chicken then simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

YIELD: approximately 11 quarts (88 servings 1/2 Cup each)

SERVING SUGGESTION: Serve warm with toasted bread, crackers, tortilla chips or vegetables for dipping.
