FOODSERVICE Buffalo Baked Bean & Chicken Sliders


• 7-1/2 pounds ground chicken breast

• 1 #10 can Serious Bean Co. Buckin' Buffalo Baked Beans

• 3-3/4 Cup breadcrumbs


Drain beans and set aside the liquid.

Add the drained beans, chicken, and breadcrumbs together in a bowl and mix well.

Portion the mixture with a #16 scoop to make 2-1/2 ounce patties.

Cook the patties with a small amount of oil or cooking spray in a skillet or on a griddle. Turn every 2 minutes, until reaching an internal temperature of 165°F.

Before removing from griddle, baste with reserved buffalo bean sauce.

YIELD: 90 sliders (2.5 ounce pre-cooked weight)
