Directions
Pre-heat medium to large sauté pan and add olive oil.
Layer One: Heat buffalo beans for about 2 minutes in microwave and add to food processor or blender with 4oz. cream cheese. Blend until smooth.
Layer Two: Mix 1 cup sour cream with half packet of taco seasoning. Spread on top of bean dip.
Layer Three: Mash avocados, lime juice, salt, cumin, cracked pepper and garlic powder. Add guacamole to dip.
Layer Four: Brown the ground beef in skillet over medium heat. Drain the fat. Add the rest of the taco seasoning mixed with 1/4 cup of water to pan. Add to dip.
Layer Five: Add desired amount of toppings: jalapeños, diced tomatoes, black olives.
Layer Six: Pour a layer of salsa on top of the toppings.
Layer Seven: Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
Spooky spider web: Put 1/2 cup of sour cream into one corner of a Ziploc bag. Cut a very small piece off the corner and use the bag to draw the spider web on top of the cheese. For spider web technique: Pipe a cross with the sour cream. Then draw an X to divide the cross in 8. Connect the lines in a web-like pattern - starting on the outside and working your way in. Add black olive "spiders" to the web by halving a black olive to form the body, and slicing eight olive pieces and arranging them around the body to create a spider.
