Jalapeño Bacon Bean Deviled Eggs

24 deviled eggs
Ingredients
1 dozen hard-boiled eggs, shells removed

1 Can Serious Bean Co. Jalapeño & Bacon Beans (set aside a few spoonfuls of whole beans for garnishing at the end)
1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Ground black pepper
Bacon Bits
Fresh Chives
Pickled Jalapeños
Optional Garnishes
Directions
Cut the eggs in half horizontally. Set the whites aside and transfer the yolks to a bowl.
Stir the remaining ingredients (except reserved whole beans) into the yolks.
Divide the filling evenly into the egg whites.
Top each egg with one of the reserved whole bean.
We like to add a sprinkling of finely chopped bacon bits for texture and some fresh chives for color. Like it spicy? Add in a thin slice of pickled jalapeno peppers.
