Mustard Bean & Brat Pretzel

Non-stick cooking spray
5 Bratwursts

1 Can Serious Bean Co. Southern Mustard-Q BBQ Beans
1/2 Cup beer (or water)
Soft pretzels for serving
Directions
Spray a skillet with non-stick cooking spray and place over medium heat.
Place the bratwurst in the skillet to brown, turning frequently.
Once browned, add the beer (or water) and the beans to the skillet and reduce heat to low.
Simmer bratwurst in "bean bath" for 15 minutes to absorb flavor and reduce sauce. Bratwursts must reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
Remove bratwurst from "bean bath" and slice. Serve with beans over warm pretzel.
