Smoky Chipotle Bean & Pork Queso

                  Ingredients
- 1 lb. Pork breakfast sausage 
- 2 Cans Diced tomatoes with green chiles, drained 
- 
                
2 Cans Serious Bean Co. Chipotle Pinto Beans 
- 2 lbs American-Style cheese spread 
Directions
Slow Cooker:
- Crumble and brown the sausage in a slow cooker set on high heat. 
- Once the sausage has browned, add the tomatoes with green chilies (drained) and the Chipotle Beans. 
- Stir, and continue cooking over high heat for approximately 10-12 until heated through. 
- Cube the cheese spread, then add to the slow cooker. 
- Stir well, and reduce heat to low. 
- Stir as needed until hot. - *Slow cooker wattages can vary greatly. Adjust temperature and time as needed. 
Stovetop:
- Crumble and brown the sausage in a deep skillet or dutch oven over medium heat. 
- Once the sausage has browned, add the tomatoes with green chilies (drained) and the Chipotle Beans. 
- Stir, and continue cooking over medium heat for approximately 8-10 minutes or until heated through. 
- Cube the cheese spread, and add to skillet. 
- Stir well, and reduce heat to warm. 
- Stir as needed until hot.
